The SeaShell Retractable Awning is simple to opperate.  No motors, sensors or electricity needed, simply pull on the cord to retract and deploy.  In most cases we find that our customers seldom retract the awning however as it can be left up year round through snow, rain and wind.  

Before the weather ever gets to a point that it could damage the awning or structure, it will retract and lock in a safe position.
