Job Description:
This position contributes to the success of SeaShell International by ensuring a constant flow of high quality product and craftsmanship for our rapidly growing customer base.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in team and safety meetings and promote safety within the workplace.
- Ensure that all safety rules and regulations including company policies are followed.
- Maintain pre-set standards of good manufacturing processes and housekeeping standards.
- Accountable for quality of manufactured parts and finished product.
- Participate in problem solving to identify, brainstorm, recommend and implement corrective actions to improve plant productivity and efficiency.
- Communicate with team members on expectations, performance and changes.
- Seek (OFI) opportunity-for-improvement in safety, quality, productivity, cost and delivery.
- Support company values and goals to establish a world class organization.
Skills / Experience:
- Candidates must have a High School Degree or equivalent. Experience in manufacturing a plus. Good communication skills are a must.
